I just spent the last four days in an intensive death doula training learning spiritual practices for the end of life and how to support a person on their death journey.
I’m also gearing up for the final 2024 session of my women’s workshop, VITAL — which means “alive” and “essential” — this Fri. 11/15 @ 10am PT (there are still a few spots left).
Turns out, life and death have a lot to do with each other.
